McCain Should Have Second Thoughts About Palin

Why is there so much controversy surrounding Sarah Palin? Perhaps no one knows the answer, but there are many controversial stories surrounding her and this should not be laid at Sarah Palin's feet, but more on John McCains feet. He selected her as his Vice Presidential selection.

Sarah Palin has gone on the record that she is for abstinence and against sex education according to Alaskan residents. During the race for Governor as reported by CNN and Alaskan Residents who know her, a lot has come out about the kids in her family in Alaska. Then there is the Trooper Gate scandal which is a serious political problem for Sarah Palin.

Trooper Gate- Even the Governors critics in Alaska said that there should be a discussion about her abuse of power to pressure the Commissioner to fire her brother in law. These are all character and judgment issues. It is just usual that McCain would pick Sarah Palin., with this amount of controversy surrounding her. John McCain was in a dead heat with Barack Obama, which baffles the mind that he would take such a risk to pick her.

It is general consensus that Palin would bring in the Evangelical Base and McCain, two days ago was praised for his choice. But like all of us Palin falls short of the Evangelical ideas. She is not alone, all of us do and to think that one segment of society has a lock on moral and Christian authority is insane.
